This is an unprecedented time in history. There has been and likely will never be another global pandemic that will have such far reaching implications on Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations Management. To be able to say that you lived through this and studied supply chain during COVID will set you apart from so many others since you have the right mindset. This is why I like this type of class because we are NOT constrained to a textbook. We can study REAL world problems and be on the cutting edge of industry. That said, this week I have found a GREAT video from MIT about the impacts of COVID on Supply Chain and Operations.
Watch the attached video and write a 5 Page paper on what you learned and how you think this type of learning will benefit you in the future. If you are in any of my other courses (WARE 51, 52, 53, 54, or 57) just submit the same paper in all of the courses and enjoy the shorter week!
