Reference the following story to complete this assignment:

Maria is a 32-year-old female working as a receptionist at a medical office fulltime and works part time as a bartender. She is currently single and lives alone in a rented apartment. While Maria earns enough money to pay all her bills and necessities, she rarely has any additional funds to spend on other things she may enjoy. Maria does not like the neighborhood she lives in, as the crime rate is high, and her apartment has been broken into previously. Marias family members do live close-by and she visits them often. She also has 2 close friends that she can see on occasion, but often cannot afford to do the activities her friends would like to do with her. Maria occasionally does attend church and feels a part of that community. Maria longs to have a family of her own but finds it difficult to date as her two jobs take most of her time. Maria has goals to return to school to pursue a career as a medical assistant, however, she would not be able to do so while having to work two jobs. She is overall unhappy with the trajectory of her life and wishes she could do more to improve it.

Answer the following questions:

1. Using Maslows hierarchy of needs, describe which needs of Marias are being met and which needs are not being met.
2. What aspects of Marias life would need to change for Maria to reach the self-actualization stage of Maslows hierarchy of needs?
3. If you were to give Maria reasonable advice to help her meet her needs, what resources or suggestions would you make?
