Writing A Policy Evaluation Paper

This submission is my Policy Evaluation Paper (1st Draft) for ECON 2367.02. I evaluate the policy/marketplace rules around Amazon returns and refunds and their impacts on third-party sellers and consumers. The paper follows the required structure: (1) Policy Problem & Context, (2) Policy Design & Expected Causal Pathways, (3) Preliminary Literature & Evidence, (4) References. It is at least 3 full pages (1.5 spacing, 12-pt Times New Roman, 1-inch margins) and uses Chicago style citations and bibliography. Sources include an official policy source, at least one peer-reviewed/working paper, a think-tank policy brief, a government/institutional report with statistics, and a supplementary news article.
