For this assignment, you will take this slide deck and record a screen share with audio to present all relevant details related to the six-month progress of your client to your BCBA supervisor. You should be presenting this in a professional manner using behavior analytic language. You are presenting to a BCBA, so you will not need to provide definition for the behavior analytic terms you are using.
Additionally, you will be completing the provided, which you will upload with the link to your recording. Be sure to review and apply the feedback provided from your instructor on your Week 5 assignment to revise your slides prior to recording your presentation. The slides should guide you through your presentation and include bulleted lists of everything that you will need to expand on in this final presentation.

Recording Your Presentation
- Use Zoom or Kaltura to record your presentation. Review or for tips.
- Voice-over with video screen share of your presentation is required.
- Webcam video of you in addition to the screen share is preferred, but not required.
- Record your presentation as though you are in a supervision session with your BCBA supervisor and provide them with a progress report. This should be an uninterrupted presentation you are giving the report to your BCBA. No need to stop and ask if they have questions.
- Do not exceed 15 minutes during your presentation. Every video will be turned off in the grading process at the 15-minute mark. Anything said after that time will not be graded. Being aware of time constraints when presenting material is an important aspect of planning.
What to Include in Your Presentation
Your presentation needs to include the following information:
- A brief welcome to your BCBA supervisor to the meeting.
- Audio to support the bulleted list related to client information, referral behavior definitions, function, and significance for change. Remember to include examples and non-examples in your audio.
- Audio to support the bulleted list related to the setting, materials, funding source, and approved services hours.
- Audio to support the bulleted lists related to outcome criteria and data collection method for the referral behavior and the labeled replacement behavior.
- Audio to support the bulleted lists related to interventions and teaching strategies, graphical displays, and progress to goals for the referral behavior and labeled replacement behavior. Remember to include details in your audio discussing the results and the interpretations of those results.
- Audio to support the bulleted lists related to the supervision process, specifically the process for treatment integrity and interobserver agreement. Remember to include details in your audio discussing the results and the interpretations of those results.
- Audio to support the bulleted list regarding barriers and highlights. Remember to justify your recommendations for service hours.
- As you are recording your audio, remember that you will need to mention the scholarly sources you used by name. You do not need to provide details related to how the research was completed, but you do need to associate the author with the content you are using this to support.
- As you are recording your audio, remember that you will need to mention the specific BACB ethical codes that are cited throughout your presentations. You do not need to read the full code, but you do need to mention the specific number and briefly state how the code(s) applies to the content being discussed.
Additional Requirements
- Written Communication: Ensure that you have made the suggested revisions to your slides and that they are free of errors and written to effectively communicate the content and supplement your audio.
- Voice Recording Communication: The audio aspect of this presentation should expand on the information provided in your bulleted lists. You should not be reading directly from the slides. Instead, use the audio voice-over to expand on points listed on slides to convey key information.
- Visual Design: Use a visually appealing design and appropriate images throughout the training presentation to maintain audience engagement.
- APA formatting: Use current APA format and style for the reference slide. Use for guidance in citing sources in proper APA style. See the for more APA resources specific to your degree level.
- Resources: Include a sufficient number of scholarly and/or professional resources to support your points, which should include your course text (if necessary), behavior analytic peer-reviewed research published within the last 7 years, and the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
- Length: Your presentation should be 815 minutes long, with no minimum or maximum number of slides. Any presentation over 15 minutes will be stopped when they reach the 15-minute point. Information past that point will not be graded and will be reflected on the rubric as not being included in your presentation. There is no minimum or maximum number of slides required, but the recommendation is 1520.
