The reflective journal assignment will include peer and faculty engagement. All students will engage and support one another by sharing their nursing experiences in a supportive, constructive, and professional environment. Reflective practice is a cognitive skill that demands a conscious ability to review an experience with increased awareness of personal beliefs and values; consequently, leading to knowledge development in nursing (Patel & Metersky, 2021).
