Treatment Planning- Discussion Board Assignment 2

After reading Chapter six, return to the case of Denise and complete the progress note template for one of the 3 sessions described in the case study. Attach the completed template to your post and include a brief narrative sharing what it was like to write the note, including what questions you have about progress notes at this point. Complete the template to the extent possible based on the information provided in the PDF. Feel free to add something if you think it’s relevant, and something you would consider implementing – just mention that in the narrative of your post. The goal of this is to practice writing progress notes and to see how different they may look based on the individual completing them. Please label your post with which session you are focusing on in your progress note.
