Terrorist Attacks at Sport Events

this is the proposal I got a 95 on it I have to make this proposal into a paper. need to add some peer review articles and really emphasize the difference between how other countries handle terrorist attacks at sporting events vs the U.S and how the U.S doesnt agree on what foreign countries do because it now applicable.
