Assignment Guidelines and Rubric

• After reading the Glickman & Tamashiro (1980) article, complete the Supervision Beliefs Inventory that is embedded in article. As your assignment for this module, upload your completed inventory with a summary of your findings. This can be done as two attachments, or you can include the completed inventory at the end of your summary document.
• Research: The only required reference in this assignment is Glickman & Tamashiro (1980). Remember any reference in the reference page much exist in your paper as an in-text citation either paraphrased or as a direct quote. See APA requirements on how these in-text citations are cited differently. If additional references are used, references on the reference page must be cited in your paper. Any use of sources, including required readings, must be appropriately cited. Plagiarism of any type, including unacknowledged use of AI, will result in a zero for the assignment and further disciplinary action according to the Student Handbook.
• Citation: Properly cite in APA format all sources used.
• Structure and Clarity: Organize your paper logically and clearly, separating your analysis into distinct sections. Use headings and subheadings to guide your reader.
• Writing Style: Maintain a scholarly and professional tone throughout your paper. Avoid casual language or slang. Since this is not a personal reflection, avoid pronouns in the first person as you keep this work a graduate academic paper. Instead, use example verbiage such as one, it is believed, and the research supports. Ensure all submitted work is original.
• Length and Format: The body of the paper is a max. of four pages not including the title page and reference page. There is no minimum. Use 12-point font, double spacing, and standard margins.
