The task is to select an empirical academic journal article from a reputable business or management journal and provide a summary and critical analysis of the article, with a particular focus on the research methodology used in the study. The work will be used to prepare a 10-minute recorded presentation for a group of four students. The order structure should follow the same format as the example presentation videos provided by the lecturer. The analysis should include the following sections: Research context, relevance, and importance of the study. Identification of the research gap and originality of the article. Literature review used by the authors and whether it is comprehensive. Research aims, objectives, or research questions. Methodology and research methods used (e.g., qualitative or quantitative methods, surveys, interviews, experiments, etc.). Ethical considerations related to the research. Key findings and results of the study. Implications of the research for theory and practice. Critical evaluation of the methodology including strengths and weaknesses.
