After reading chapters 1 and 2 of the textbook. Write a 2 page paper discussing strategy, tactics, and the purchasing process. The paper should include the following:

• Real life examples and analysis on the purchasing process, and its longer-term strategies and shorter term tactics.
• A detailed explanation of some strategies and tactics.
• Advantages and disadvantages of strategies and tactics? When do strategies and/or tactics fit?
