• Specify the communication frequency.
• Assign an owner.
• Classify as internal or external.

1. Formatting Requirements: Ensure correct grammar, spelling, and professional tone.
2. Sources Page: Include at least five sources (e.g., textbook, live lessons, class materials, or credible external references).
