• Integrate at least two Christian virtues (e.g., grace, stewardship, humility) and explain how these shape the self-leadership strategies and emotional intelligence practices identified above to enhance your personal leadership philosophy.
• Discuss how your action plan will positively impact others (e.g., improved collaboration, reduced conflict, or culture of service).

Step Four: Addendum: Ethics Statement (Required)

In 200-250 words, address the following:

• Briefly explain how you used AI in your assignment and ensure you credit any specific prompts, outputs, or paraphrased summaries.
• State how you ensured that your use of AI remained transparent, honest, and aligned with the universitys standards of academic integrity and Christian ethical values.

Include at least the textbook, two scholarly references within 5 years of publishing, and the Bible to support your action plan.
