With this assignment, you will continue your work on your project by completing the Systems and Organizational Frameworks component, examining the relevant global health policies and legal frameworks that impact the health disparity that you selected.

Additionally, you will describe the role that healthcare systems, global health agencies and specific global accreditation/regulatory agencies play as influences on the disparity of concern. You will examine these issues within the United States and then within at least one location outside of the U.S.

Introduction: To achieve full points for this criterion, the introduction must clearly and concisely state the papers purpose in an engaging and thought-provoking sentence. Also, the introduction clearly states and describes the main topic and previews the structure and content of the paper.

Body of the Paper: To achieve full points for this criterion, all required content is thoughtfully and systematically developed and relevant with use of background and scientific sources to support contentions. For this Systems & Organizational Frameworks component of your project , you will complete the following:

• Healthcare system: Discuss the role that healthcare systems and the particular healthcare delivery model(s) in place play in creating/resolving the disparity.
• Global health agencies: Outline the current work being done by global health agencies to address the health disparity within the United States and globally. If there are no current initiatives, analyze why no initiatives exist to address this global health disparity.
• Global health policy and legal frameworks. Describe the laws and policies impacting the selected global health disparity. Evaluate the risks and benefits of these policies and laws as they relate to the disparity.
• Regulatory & Accreditation agencies. Describe the accreditation agencies impacting the selected global health disparity globally and locally (in the United States.)

Use of Scientific Evidence/References: To achieve full points for this criterion, there must be an exemplary discussion of the current scientific evidence related to topic. Also, the reference list must include at least 4 scholarly references cited. Note that the publication date of references should be within the last 5 years unless it is a seminal publication.

Communication in Writing: To achieve full points for this criterion, there must be a logical sequencing of ideas through well-developed paragraphs with transitions to enhance organization. Also, there can be no more than two errors in punctuation, capitalization, spelling, sentence structure, word usage, or excessive quotations.
