This is an important project that requires a great attention to detail, consistency, structure and well organized. I have attached 3 documents that contains the processes/steps of the tasks/duties. They all seem to be very wordy. For each task/duty/tile based on the table of contents, separate them and prepare with checkboxes and/or numbers, so that when staff work on them, they’re able to cross off the steps they’ve completed. Prepare them on word document. Where links are added, you can highlight or put a note for me what needs to be added, so I can add those correct links since you cannot access them.
