1. Give an example of a twentieth-century composer who explored new realms with their music.
2. How were the composer’s compositional techniques new and inventive?
3. How did these compositional techniques differ from 19th-century traditions?
4. Provide an example of a piece written by the composer and point out at least two innovative techniques the composer uses in it.
