Part 3: Data Analysis (Ch. 2, 3 & 4 or 5)
In this part you should use the statistics formulas and rules in the book to analyze your data. Data analysis depends on whether the data is qualitative or quantitative.

For qualitative data, you do the following:
- You do a contingency table (check youtube.com for contingency or two-way table)
- Complete the proportions
- Use Chi-squared test to determine whether there is an association (between the two categorical data, example number of students in attendance and day of the month)
- Use the p-value to test the hypotheses.
- Quantitative data: You will calculate or find:
- The mean
- The variance
- The Standard Deviation
- The z-score or value
