Nurses Perceptions of Autonomy and Patient Flow Following Implementation of a Physician-Led Triage Model in the Emergency Department

Background, in January introduced physician lead triage due to long wait times.

Initially was planning to do Quantitative to do a survey (avoid interview bias as I am the manager).

Received comments by tutor (attached)

Suggested by Supervisor this week to work on constructive alignment. Remove evaluate and comparison from objectives to keep it simple, focus on perceptions. There is need to emphasize leadership. (? Change management).

This was a change pushed very fast, with little notice to staff.

Due dates for different parts of the work attached. A revised outline would probably be helpful, however next due is the recording of the oral presentation. Powerpoint with spoken line for a 5 minute presentation.

Unsure how to do this on potential several parts and organize payments, happy to be requested different orders.

Need to avoid complex ethics approval/patient information in this or if topic change suggested.
