For this assignment, you will compile all of your work from the previous assignments into a comprehensive assessment reference for your future use. Be sure you’ve revised these pieces based on previous feedback you’ve received from your instructor. You’ll add to that multicultural assessment practices and ethical principles and implications that an assessor would need to keep in mind when administering these tests. Instructions The first part of your comprehensive assessment reference should include your previous work (revised based on instructor feedback): Test Purpose and Constructs. Evaluation of Technical Quality. Evaluation of Technical Materials, Scoring, and Technology. Then complete the following: Explain the relevant issues related to fairness and test bias for each test. Explain multicultural assessment practices and guidelines that should be followed when administering, scoring, and interpreting your selected tests. Apply APA ethical principles on assessment practices (9.01 through 9.11) to your selected tests, speaking to at least four of the principles contained in Section 9, for each test. For example, you can discuss what an assessor might want to watch out for when using the test, or how the test specifically speaks to these principles in its construction. In some cases, you can couple some of the four together. You should be able to name the ethical principles and how they specifically relate to the testing question or specifically impacts the testing question. Make the distinctions of what the test does well and where it needs to be improved on. Evaluate use of the administration, scoring, and interpretation technology of the tests in one’s anticipated work setting or a related profession. You can complete this assignment as a PowerPoint presentation or a paper. Note: The articles you need to complete this assignment should be available inside the library collection. In future courses, you may use the Capella library’s Interlibrary Loan service to obtain articles outside of the collection, but you should not have to use the service for this course. Additional Requirements Your assignment should also meet the following requirements: References: A minimum of nine references is required for this assignment. These may include journal articles, literature reviews, MMY reviews, and publisher websites. At least three of the nine references must be from peer-reviewed journals. It is likely and appropriate that many of these references and citations were included in one or more of your previous assignments.
