There are multiple benefits that OD interventions bring to an organization. Because change is a constant process of discovery, evaluation, and action, an effective OD intervention can yield substantial and valuable improvements in organizational efficiencies. Examples of OD interventions include artificial intelligence (AI), team building, employee training, and management restructuring. When effective, these interventions can enable corporations to enhance their competitive edge in several areas.
