Write a 4-6 page (not including title and reference page) APA formatted and referenced research paper that focuses on the social problem you identified in the pending bill for your policy brief. This paper allows you to become more familiar in understanding the issue and why is important for policy. It should include at least 5 references which must be scholarly (peer reviewed articles) or government reports because these are seen as the most reliable sources of information. You must include multiple (more than 1) scholarly sources (articles from peer reviewed journals) in this paper, not just government reports. It can NOT include any other kind of source. Do NOT use any other sources for this paper. For example, do NOT use advocacy websites since in policy work it is essential to use the most trusted sources.
