For this assignment, please address the following and use sections here as headings:

Introduction and Background:

Please introduce the topic of concern and the purpose of this paper. Then, drawing from the work done in module 3, provide a summary of the epidemiology of the concern and related outcomes and inter-related structural and behavioral health determinants. (1 page maximum)

Structural Level Strategies to Address Population Health Concern:

Please note 3-4 specific strategies that could be engaged to address the identified concern. Please select strategies from at least 2 of the following categories: 1. Governmental policy (legislation or regulation at local, state or federal level). 2. Healthcare Institutional policy or Healthcare payment system change (e.g. community benefit or payment systems). 3. Social or economic change 4. Change within nursing and healthcare professions.
