For the first part of the term paper, you need to identify a research topic. So, we’ll need to write a short literature review.

Make sure to identify:

The research topic (this is important as the topic chosen will affect the direction of future assignments)

Why this is an important issue (why is this worth the time you would invest in research?/why should a reader care about the topic? Cite/use at least three academic research articles)

One primary research question

At least three hypotheses

This is a formal writing assignment. Submissions need to be polished and edited. The paper needs to be 1-2 pages in length (double spaced, 12-point New Times Roman font with one-inch margins) and edited for grammatical and spelling mistakes. Any outside sources you might use need to be formally cited within your paper using the APA citation style with a formal reference list included also in APA.
