Include a URL to the policy. 2. Using the Chapin and Lewis (2023) Policy Analysis Framework, briefly describe the programs goals, benefits and services, and beneficiaries. 3. Identify which federal and/or state agency administers the policy. 4. Discuss how funding is allocated to the policys implementation. 5. Describe the funding amounts for the most current fiscal year and two (2) years prior. State whether these amounts have increased, decreased, or remained the same. Describe how funding allocations may affect different groups of beneficiaries. 9. Describe the mechanisms used to evaluate the policy, such as the outcome measures and data collected. 10. Identify who is given the evaluative reports. 11. Based on the implementation and evaluative measures, discuss whether you think this policy achieves its goals.
