Your final research paper will be based on the topic you selected in Week 2.
This assignment requires you to continue to develop your final research paper by building upon your chosen leadership topic. For Part I, you will examine your topic as it relates to (1)inspiring vision, (2)leading change, and (3)fostering effective teamwork. To be successful, a minimum of five (5) pages of substantive content toward your final paper must be submitted in APA format.
