Your leadership plan and inventory will be a creative assignment in portfolio format including the following components:

• Include your Big 5, Clifton Strengths, and values throughout your introduction
• Page 2: Team Expectations
• What can people expect when working with you? Think about what skills and strengths you bring to a team.
• What leadership style do you typically present? What is your fundamental leadership philosophy?

• What is your personal leadership vision and mission?
• Address how your vision and mission apply to your future goals
• Page 4: References

Follow APA 7th Guidelines including Times New Roman, Font size 12, and double spaced. All claims need to be supported with in-text citations and included in the reference list. Be creative!
