Formatting Meta-Analysis Manuscript for Journal Submission

I already have a completed original meta-analysis article. Your task is to edit and format the manuscript so that it strictly follows the author guidelines of the Philippine Journal of Cardiology (PJC).

Scope of Work

1. Manuscript Formatting

   • Create a separate title page containing:
     • Full manuscript title and subtitle (if applicable)
     • Author names with degrees and affiliations
     • Corresponding author details (full address, phone, email)
     • Funding acknowledgments if applicable.
4. Abstract and Keywords
   • Ensure the abstract is structured and 250 words.
   • Include 58 keywords derived from MeSH terms.
5. References
   • Convert all references into PJC reference format.
   • Use numbered superscript citations in the text.
   • Arrange references in the order they appear in the manuscript.
6. Tables and Figures
   • Ensure tables and figures are properly numbered and cited in the text.
   • Provide clear titles and legends on a separate page.
7. Language and Technical Editing
   • Improve grammar, clarity, and scientific tone.
   • Ensure proper medical and academic writing style consistent with biomedical journals.
8. Submission Readiness
   • The final output should include:
     • Blinded manuscript
     • Title page
     • Tables and figure legends
     • References correctly formatted
     • Document ready for submission in Microsoft Word format.
     • With similarity report
