Part 2: Food procurement/growth, Common Food, Tools, Techniques, and Customs & Habits relating to your destination’s food culture. Reviewed by classmates (peer review). (25 pts.) Part 3: Develop a 2-week travel itinerary/guide – including a route map – that would show a traveler your destination’s food culture. Reviewed by classmates (peer review). (25 pts.) Final Draft: Compile all 3 parts with changes as suggested by classmates and submit to instructor via Canvas for grading (not peer reviewed). (30 pts.)
