Food culture and travel guide for Fiji

Review all of the documents in the Foodie Travel Guide Project module in order to be fully prepared to complete this project. Here are the tasks you will complete: Step 1 – Choose your country for your FTG project. The country chosen is Fiji. Part 1: Get to know your destination. Describe the areas history, geography, religion, and philosophical values and how each impacts your country’s food culture. Reviewed by classmates (peer review). (25 pts.) Part 2: Food procurement/growth, Common Food, Tools, Techniques, and Customs & Habits relating to your destination’s food culture. Reviewed by classmates (peer review). (25 pts.) Part 3: Develop a 2-week travel itinerary/guide – including a route map – that would show a traveler your destination’s food culture. Reviewed by classmates (peer review). (25 pts.) Final Draft: Compile all 3 parts with changes as suggested by classmates and submit to instructor via Canvas for grading (not peer reviewed). (30 pts.)
