The goal is not just to identify problems, but to analyze them in light of what youve learned and to suggest actionable, well-argued solutions or guidelines.

Content and Structure:
Introduction Brief summary of the article: its thesis, methodology, and conclusions. Why is this article ethically significant in the context of business data mining and analytics?
Identification of Ethical Issues Identify at least three ethical issues raised by the article. For each issue, explain it clearly: what is the nature of the issue, what are the stakes, who is affected, what harm might occur?
Stakeholders & Responsibilities Discuss who the stakeholders are and what responsibilities they hold. Identify relevant ethical frameworks or principles.
Proposed Best Practices / Guidelines / Solutions Propose at least three practical guidelines or solutions to address the ethical issues identified, evaluating feasibility and drawbacks.
Conclusion Summarize key findings and reflect on broader implications for the future of business data mining and analytics.
References Use APA style. At least three (3) academic sources should be used (including the assigned article).
Evaluation Criteria: You will be graded on:
