Description

As IT Director of your company, you have the responsibility to initiate and manage the big ERP project.

You should write a report to explain and justify to the CEO of your company why ERP project. After getting the approval of your CEO, you should explain the selection of ERP system and other needed technologies. After the technology select, you have to provide a project management document for this project that contains: Scope, Budget, Staffing, Timing, Testing, Integration and Cutover.
