Using the emergency management plan that you selected in the Module Four short paper, critique the plan for compliance with foundational emergency management concepts and principles. Explain why you believe that plan does or does not exemplify the eight emergency management principles as described in the module overview. Include a special assessment of the plan’s response and recovery initiatives referencing the FEMA frameworks from this week’s required resources.
