Interventions to address substance abuse involve many factors in order to address the complexity of the problem. We all took a survey to see what determinants and what models each of us thought best fit an example intervention. Lets see what happened!

Assignment Instructions
Choose ONE intervention from the survey (Naloxone, the video of the young man or Dry January)
In your post:
- Name and give a quick 2-3 sentence of the intervention.
- Identify which determinant the class most strongly associated with this intervention.
- State whether you agree or disagree with the majority choice, and explain why.
- Identify the public health model the class selected and explain how it supports that determinant.
Peer Reply
Reply to one classmate who:
- Chose a different determinant, or
- Disagreed with the majority vote
Respectfully explain why you see it differently or expand on their point.
It should be 3-5 sentences with a supported rationale. That means dont forget your reference!
