Analyze how such law protects U.S. citizens from cybercrime. Identify at least one case in which your chosen law was used in the prosecution of cybercrime. Propose a new federal law to prevent cybercrimes. Elaborate on how your proposed law would accomplish this. What barriers might impair the successful implementation of the law and/or the prosecution of criminals it targets? Identify agencies, policies, and governmental entities that will be affected by your law. Use at least two credible sources other than the textbook to support your writing.
