You are the CEO of the company and need to put in place a team and plan who deals with the following issues:

A total estimate of 1 billion dollars as overall costs.

Possible compensation for a new passport along with credit charges if fraud was committed (to be determined).

123 million Dollars in GDPR fines from the SEC.

Lost of 10% of satisfaction and trust within your clients.

Overall aim: Provide a full crisis management action plan which includes:

1. Crisis team in place with main duties/goals

2. Official response and PR strategy

3. Applying the dining rule create:

5 year Business Plan impact over the company to recover and mitigate the damage (see 2019 annual report as base).

Propose specific actions to recuperate customers and satisfaction.

IT immediate actions and future security structure.
