The purpose of this assignment is to critically assess various existing organizational change models and develop a tailored change model that aligns with the unique cultural and strategic needs of the organization identified in Topic 3. This model will serve as a strategic tool to facilitate and integrate necessary changes in response to internal or external forces impacting organizational success.

Research the various change models used by organizations today. After assessing various models, select an appropriate change model that is tailored to the organization selected in Topic 3 and that will work within the organization’s culture. This model should serve to implement a strategic process that can help your organization integrate a change and respond to the internal or external driving forces that affect organizational success.

Submit a single-page visual infographic that represents your selected change model. Specifically, this change model visual should:

  1. Define and highlight its components.
  2. Communicate the appropriateness of selected change model to work within the culture of the organization.
  3. Demonstrate the ability of the selected change model to respond to internal or external driving forces that affect organizational success and requirements.
  4. Define how the selected change model provides clear communication of the model to essential stakeholders.
