Your analysis will explore the legal, ethical, and practical implications of the executive order, examining both its intended effects and the controversies it has generated.

4. Discuss the response to the executive order or agreement by the public, media, and other government branches. (12 page in length)
5. Provide your own analysis of the order or agreements ethical and legal basis.

• Scholarly and credible references should be used. At least 5 scholarly articles are required for this assignment.

• Type in Times New Roman, 12 points, and double space.
• Students will follow the current APA Style as the sole citation and reference style used in written work submitted as part of coursework.
