First read all the articles and identify recurring themes, then build a coding scheme with 35 clear categories (e.g., student well-being, teaching practices, institutional policy) and define each category so another student could classify articles the same way. Assign every article to one category only and briefly justify why it belongs there. Create a simple table showing how many articles fall into each category, then describe the main patterns without interpreting them yet. In the interpretation section, explain what these patterns suggest about the priorities of University Affairs and who the intended audience likely is, using the numbers from the table as evidence. In the critique section, briefly discuss strengths (systematic analysis, pattern identification) and weaknesses (subjectivity, small sample, oversimplification) of content analysis. The paper should be 34 pages, double-spaced, use the headings Introduction, Coding Scheme, Findings, Interpretation, Critique, and focus on clear methodological explanation rather than storytelling.
