Conflict Resolution

Conflict Resolution

Challenges will arise in field placementand perhaps you have already experienced some. Often, challenges can turn into barriers that minimize our motivation and leave us feeling disconnected. Once these feelings take hold, the learning process halts. So, where do you go when you face a difficulty at your agency? How can you work through it so it does not become a barrier? For this Discussion, you explore a model that can help guide you through difficult situations.

To prepare:

  • Review the Learning Resources on difficult situations, as well as the Breaking Through Barriers document.
  • Reflect on current challenges you have with your field placement.
