APA 7th edition with strict citation throughout for each piece of information and thought. This is based on the rural (economic, geography, and population). The focus is on the homeless adults who age out of the foster care system and become unfocused due to lack of supports, systems, and transitional housing using systems theory. The Mission is the emergency shelter and they collaborate with 4 River Community Health and the Community Partnership to help their clients.
