Clinical judgment plan

Hi, I wanted to explain the homework before sending the files. This assignment is part of my nursing course and it is called a Clinical Judgment Plan (draft). My topic is urinary tract infection because we started our first presentation with this topic, so this plan should continue based on that same topic. I will send you the downloaded file, the template sheet, and the rubric that the school provided. Based on those documents, I need the plan to be completed according to the instructions in the template and rubric. Please fill out the plan exactly according to what the school requires and make sure the answers match the sections in the template. I can also upload the previous file from our first presentation here so you can use it as a guide and write the plan based on that. I can also send a sample from one of my classmates so you can clearly see what the final format and answers should look like and complete mine in a similar way according to that example.please make sure if need to cite for some part.
