What are Diluting Acid?
Dilute acid is one which contains much more of water in it. It is obtained by mixing the concentrated acid with water. The process of mixing concentrated acid with water is highly exothermic reaction. So, when a concentrated acid and water are mixed together, a high amount of heat is involved.
