Choose one of the following case scenarios below, and using the information from the Jarvis and Murdaugh textbooks and an additional recent (less than 5 years old) scholarly nursing article, answer the following questions:

Case study 1: Adult female (26) with high blood pressure

Case study 2: Adult male (40) with high cholesterol

Case study 3: Elderly (65) Spanish speaking person with atrial fibrillation

1. Accurately and concisely describe the pathophysiology.
2. Present a summary of the patients condition (Description, causes, risk factors, etc).
