Case study

You can find case study. Upload your answer here as a pdf. The report should follow the professional report writing: include clear sections, the visuals (tables, graphs and images) to illustrate your points. The length of the report should be no more than 2500 words. The content of your answer should provide (1) a clearly defined strategic issue (with clear connection to the issues mentioned in the case study and well-researched updates on those issues, along with clear external or/and internal environment); (2) strategic analysis using EFAs, IFAs and SWOT table; (3) strategic solution to the problem (with clearly defined functional strategies (human resource, operational, marketing, corporate, managerial), alternative strategies should be evaluated and the chosen strategy should be justified with data.

Note: Please, do not put any identifiable information in the pdf itself (you can name the file as you wish, I am going to print it out for grading).
