Case Presentation Paper: Skills Building Assignment

Overview

You will have two Case Presentation Assignments in your Internship class. Your first presentation focuses on basic counseling skills. The second presentation will focus on case conceptualization and treatment planning. Both assignments require a Paper, a Session Video uploaded to Kaltura, and a corresponding Verbatim.

Instructions

The first presentation assignment focuses on basic counseling skills. This assignment contains three parts:

A paper which addresses the points listed in bold below (to be submitted to Canvas)

A session video uploaded to Kaltura (see instructions in the Class Introduction Discussion)

A Verbatim of the 10-minute portion of the session selected (to be submitted to Canvas).

Grading Criteria

The paper is 6-8 pages of content in length, not including the title page. At least 4 academic sources must be utilized. APA headings are applied effectively, and title page, etc., are mastered. At least 1 citation per paragraph is present.
