Task: Writing a research-based essay
Students need to write a research-based essay by providing critically analysed responses that draw upon IHRM literature and real-world examples.
Essay topic: Sustainable Expatriation Management
In your essay, please discuss all the three questions
- What is sustainable expatriation management in your view?
- How do MNEs develop sustainable expatriation management?
- Why is sustainable expatriation management crucial for their internationalization?

Length: 2,000 words (+/- 10%; exclude reference list). Penalties will be applied if go beyond the word limit.Feedback mode: Feedback will be provided via Turnitin report.
AI tools cannot be used in the completion of this assessment task: In this assessment task, you must not use any AI tools (excluding text editing software e.g., Grammarly) to generate any materials, content or ideas related to the task. Where generative AI is suspected, you may be required to defend your assessment submission by way of interview with an academic, which may then be referred to the Academic Integrity team for further investigation.
