Task: Writing a research-based essay

Students need to write a research-based essay by providing critically analysed responses that draw upon IHRM literature and real-world examples.

Essay topic: Sustainable Expatriation Management

In your essay, please discuss all the three questions

• What is sustainable expatriation management in your view?
• How do MNEs develop sustainable expatriation management?
• Why is sustainable expatriation management crucial for their internationalization?

Length: 2,000 words (+/- 10%; exclude reference list). Penalties will be applied if go beyond the word limit.Feedback mode: Feedback will be provided via Turnitin report.
