Research Paper Topic: “Two-Factor Theory”
The Research Paper is based on thorough research and analysis. Students will demonstrate their knowledge and skills in the PLOs and the CLOs. Use MLA format. Papers should be a minimum of 4 pages but not more than 6 pages. The paper must have a minimum of four current scholarly sources cited.
Grading of the Research Paper will be based on quality not quantity using the rubric for MBA 320 (sample attached).

– Audience: Displays awareness of and purpose in communicating to an audience.
– Idea: Establishes a clearly focused controlling idea.
– Organization: Demonstrates coherent and rhetorically sophisticated organization; makes effective connections between ideas.
– Evidence: Provides clear generalizations with specific detail, compelling support, and cogent analysis.
– Sources: Cites relevant sources and evaluates their validity, effectively integrating them into text when appropriate.
– English: Displays superior, consistent control of syntax, sentence variety, word choice, and conventions of Standard English.
