IIn this 8-10 page paper, you will begin by defining the constructs of servant and steward leadership based on what you have learned in this course and from the other resources you have reviewed. You will include a discussion related to the difference between a steward and a servant (you may want to review Wilsons idea that all stewards are servants, but not all servants are stewards). Then, you are going to compare and contrast steward leadership with one other leadership model or theoryfrom the list below. Before the comparison and contrast section, be sure to define the theory of your choice!

• The intention of this final project is to build on the learning that has occurred in this course.
