Overview There are two requirements in this assessment task: Assemble the components of a public facing ePortfolio. Complete three Odyssey Plans that map out your potential career journey over the next (5) five years. Marking Criteria See Rubic Below Assessment Details This assessment task is made up of two parts Curated components of an ePortfolio Odyssey plans using the supplied template Select the arrows below to learn each task requirement in further detail. ePortfolio An ePortfolio is an essential tool for a business professional as it provides a digital space to collect evidence of experience, failures and successes. Throughout your RMIT studies you have been continually gathering and collecting artefacts, developing your skills, knowledge and experience. This assessment task requires you to now finalise and curate your portfolio that represents you, supports your chosen career direction and has the prospective audience (the reader) in mind. The building blocks of your ePortfolio may include your education, courses and certifications you have completed, work integrated learning, networking experiences, challenges faced and solutions generated, ideas formed, tested and refined, global experiences, leadership and/or volunteering opportunities. Evidence of your journey is vital to telling the story of who you are as a professional and to help you get ahead in your lifes mission, therefore, it is important to include your character strengths and skills. To summarise, here are the components of your ePortfolio you are expected to provide. (Maximum word count in brackets) A profile picture of yourself and a banner. (50 words) What impression do you want future employers to take away from this profile picture, how do they reflect you as a person? How does it align with your PVQ evaluation? Remember to provide your PVQ outcome. Your Future Professional headline (100 words) Describe how this reflects your VIA skills as well as the future skills identified in Module 2. Also, How does it reflect your studies (BBus major(s), minor(s) and electives? Provide your VIA assessment and remember to be specific. A short About section? (75 words) – you should draw on the skills and talents you discovered you have from completing previous modules and your undergraduate journey. An action plan on how you are going to maintain your profile. How regularly will you audit it, what criteria will you use to audit it, specifically explain how will you ensure your profile is real, authentic and relevant? (150 words). Provide 2 examples of what you might put up…. Additional information (such as example projects or publications). Artefacts like this can make your profile stand out. Represent your Bachelors degree journey by nominating three artefacts. For each artefact clearly describe (100 words each): When and how the artefact was developed, specifying your unique contribution; Why you selected it, with reference to personal values and professional aspirations; What story or insight about you does the artefact reveal that applicants with similar experiences would not be able to claim. Brief CV (max 300 words). Structure your CV so that each section is informed and justified by your personal context, with brief commentary where relevant explaining why included experiences matter to your journey Odyssey Plans Using the provided template in the module, construct three original career scenarios for the next five years. Note, this template requires you to manually arrange (i.e., hand drawn on paper or digital device) the relevant information in a coherent sequence. The final odyssey images must be uploaded into the submission. As stated in the rubic three high-value questions have been generated that are supported by more than two elements that are circled for a future action plan. Your choices of questions and strategies demonstrate careful consideration and sound judgment. Each plan should begin with a summary statement explaining why this particular odyssey is plausible for you, referencing specific skills, networks, or experiences that support your rationale.
