Assessment 1 Project Proposal

For this assessment, you will submit a short paper (12 pages) that describes the organization or Harvard Business School case study that you have selected for your project. The paper is expected to include:

• Name of organization.
• Your reason for selecting it.
• A short list (510 items) of the major problems facing the organization, listed in order of magnitude; i.e., list the most critical problem first. For each problem, offer a brief, 23 sentence explanation.
• Identification of the tools from the list that you think will help you in the analysis that you will conduct for Project Part 2. For each tool, offer a brief, 23 sentence explanation.
• Then for each of the top three problems, offer 23 ideas for potential solutions. For each solution, offer a brief, 23 sentence explanation.
