Analysis of a Leader Who Demonstrates Effective Communication Practice

For this Signature Assignment, you are to analyze a leader that you have determined demonstrates effective communication based on your learning in this course. The leader can be a famous figure, or someone you personally know.

Presentation (10-12 slides) For your presentation you need present your findings related to this leader while utilizing the concepts and theories from the course and applying them to your chosen leader. Be sure to include this leaders ability to communicate (both written and oral), emotional intelligence, cultural competence and any other areas you feel are relevant based on the information examined in this course.

Keep in mind this is an academic presentation. It should be professional and should not include unsubstantiated opinions, but rather facts and theories.

Your presentation must adhere to the following parameters:

• 10-12 narrated slides in length, not including reference pages.
• Alternatively, you may use a video recording with verbal citations and a reference list.
• 6 credible references cited in the assignment. Remember, you must support your thinking/opinions and prior knowledge with in-text citations and references; all facts must be supported; in-text references used throughout the assignment must be included in an APA-formatted reference list.
